<p style="text-align: left;">*Old Adobe Orchard will be<strong> returning September 5th </strong>with Hass avocados. They are a local certified organic orchard, farming out of the Soquel hills and specialize in hass and bacon avocados, navel and valencia oranges, kiwi and pears.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">*Lone Oak Farm is a new farm to the Live Oak market this season and sells certified organic citrus varieties, peaches, juices, grapes, figs, raisins and more. They are new to the market association and are a great addition to the Live Oak market.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">*Old Creek Ranch, currently selling at the Santa Cruz and Scott&#8217;s Valley markets, has  joined the Live Oak market. They specialize in certified organic citrus,avocados and orange juice. They also raise certified organic beef,pork,lamb and goat along with a variety of cooking stocks. Check them out.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Upcoming Events&#8230;&#8230;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Seasonal Griller’s Delight (Food Event)</strong></p>
<p>Our next scheduled Seasonal Griller&#8217;s Delight will be<strong> </strong>Sunday, July 25th at the Live Oak Farmers&#8217; Market. Wine tastings by Condor&#8217;s Hope and Zayante Vineyard along with hand-crafted beer samples by Uncommon Breweries and Santa Cruz Mountain Brewery. This is a free event and starts around 10am.</p>
<p>Each spring and summer as the farmers reap the bounty of their labors, the Santa Cruz Farmers&#8217; Market hosts a sampling event to showcase seasonal fruits and vegetables for their patrons.</p>
<p>The focus of this very popular event is to highlight seasonal fare and to introduce market shoppers to new foods and preparation methods; new this season the Market will collaborate with local vintners and breweries to offer complimentary beer and wine pairings.</p>
<p>Guests are treated to samples of grilled fruits, vegetables, meats and simple tapas-styled appetizers throughout the market as they shop and enjoy live music. This event is free, and seating is available.<strong> </strong></p>

<p>The  Live Oak/Eastside/Pleasure Point Market operates every Sunday from 9am to 1pm. The market is operating year-round for the first time this year. We will be open every Sunday except for Holiday-impacted markets which will be posted in advance on this web-page. We also will post any market cancellations due to extreme weather conditions. If you are a loyal Live Oak shopper, we ask that you spread the news about the market going year-round.</p>
<p>The 2010 Music series has started. On the left hand side of the opening page (What&#8217;s New) will list the weeks music. Come by, have Sunday breakfast, do your market shopping and enjoy the music. See you there.</p>
